1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tatiana Cigars website (tatiana-cigars.com), placing an order, or entering this site, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase tobacco products in your jurisdiction. If you do not meet this requirement, you must leave this site immediately.

2. Age Verification

Tatiana Cigars strictly prohibits the sale of tobacco products to anyone under the age of 21. We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and shipment of tobacco products, including the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act. By placing an order, you certify that:

• You are 21 years of age or older.
• The recipient of the order is 21 years of age or older.
• You are legally permitted to purchase tobacco products in your state.

An adult signature (21+) may be required upon delivery.

3. Products

All cigars sold by Tatiana Cigars are handmade premium tobacco products manufactured in Costa Rica. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Cigar products contain nicotine, which is an addictive chemical. WARNING: This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Prices are in US Dollars. Payment is processed securely via Braintree (a PayPal service). We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

For bank transfer payments, orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is confirmed and verified.

5. Shipping

We ship via USPS within the United States. We do not ship internationally. Shipping to certain states may be restricted or prohibited based on local tobacco laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that the receipt of tobacco products is legal in your state and locality. We are not responsible for orders seized, delayed, or returned due to local laws or regulations.

Tatiana Cigars complies with the PACT Act and reports all sales to the appropriate tax authorities.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of tobacco products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on cigars. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Health Warning

Tobacco products are known to cause cancer, heart disease, emphysema, and may complicate pregnancy. These products are intended for adult smokers only. Keep all tobacco products out of reach of children.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Tatiana Cigars Tobacco Co. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tatiana Cigars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to such claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
